SCOPE OF ROLE

Oplifi is an independent global trading desk based out of Singapore with offices across Delhi, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta and Hyderabad. We see ourselves as a challenger brand with a mission to bring the benefits of technology in the digital media space to this part of the world. We see our work as connecting brands with consumers by leveraging data, technology and creativity.

As part of our expansion initiative, we are looking for a Digital media manager based in India managing global campaigns. The position will report to the head of operations in India.

Primary duties & responsibilities

  • Planning: Understanding the role of DSP and other platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. in a campaign, setting the right goals, segmentation and targeting strategies and forecasting key deliverables
  • Operational: Campaign set up, following our trading desk processes (Briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up); Fraud detection, ensuring brand safety and Viewability; Conduct day to day technical troubleshooting of issues with the platform support teams.
  • Optimization: Coming up with optimization opportunities
  • Reporting and analytics: Preparing Reporting templates, updating the media planning team on campaign delivery, taking decision and making recommendations
  • Derive learning for continuous improvement during and after the campaign.

Required Skills & Experience required

  • Good understanding of Digital ecosystem and biddable media platforms
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with teams in remote locations
  • Attention to detail and a discipline
  • Experience of running campaigns on a DSP like DBM, MediaMath, AppNexus etc.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of GA, Doubleclick

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college
  • Good spoken and written English
  • 4+ years demonstrated success in digital trading desk, digital media or ad network

  • Planning: Responsible for delivery of overall digital media planning for the current set of businesses and for new biz pitches

  • Recommending the complete 360degree digital solution to the client (beyond programmatic, if the need be) – Programmatic, Display, Impact, Search, Influencer, Content etc.
  • Client Servicing:  Handling the day to day client servicing and managing client’s job/expectation by getting things done
