As part of our expansion initiative, we are looking for a digital manager to handle planning for a set of India based clients. The person will report to the head of operations in India. The ideal candidate possesses the ingredients of analytical curiosity, attention to detail, team focused mindset and thrives in a dynamic environment. Candidates can expect exposure not only to the cutting-edge work in programmatic space but also to different management aspects of a growing business.
- Planning: Responsible for delivery of overall digital media planning for the current set of businesses and for new biz pitches
- Recommending the complete 360degree digital solution to the client (beyond programmatic, if the need be) – Programmatic, Display, Impact, Search, Influencer, Content etc.
- Client Servicing: Handling the day to day client servicing and managing client’s job/expectation by getting things done
- Operational: Taking the lead in briefing the internal teams and laying down clear guidelines and manage deliverables on time.
- Reporting and analytics: Be on top of the Reports & KPI and taking decisions and making recommendations to improve performance.
- Derive learning for continuous improvement during and after the campaign.
- Follow up on new technology, new & innovative media solutions and offer in the market to maintain competitively among other players
- Good understanding of Digital ecosystem in India
- Excellent client servicing, communication and presentation skills
- Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills
- Comfort with Adwords, Facebook, DoubleClick and ComScore
- Minimum of 3+ yrs in a digital media agency or a media agency
- Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college
- Good spoken and written English
